  Inventera Pharmaceuticals is a bio tech firm which develops a new iron-based T1-magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agents for diagnosis of cardiovascular, neurodegenerative, and musculoskeletal diseases. Distinct from other clinical MRI contrast agents in market which have limited blood half-life due to fast extravasation, our contrast agents can circulate reasonably long time for high-resolution scanning of blood vasculatures. Based on such characteristic pharmacokinetics, our contrast agents allow for visualizing minute vessels which is clinically important but hardly achievable with current technique. In addition, our contrast agents have excellent stealth effect against immune system and in that thoroughly clearable through renal filtration, without accumulation in body. Our contrast agents can potentially allow for expanding indications of current MRI-based diagnoses.
